Hot Artichoke Dip




                    My friends and I have been making this for years. It's always a crowd pleaser!

Ingredients:
1 cup Sour Cream
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1 can Artichokes (in water), drained and chopped fine

Mix above together in an oven-proof casserole/serving dish. Bake at 350 degrees until top is golden and bubbly. Serve hot or warm with pita chips.
