Can't Stop Eating It Salad


From the website Temp*tationista, and more recently Facebook. Everyone was raving about it, so I decided to try it on some family I had over for dinner. Yes, we all did like it! The original recipe made far, far too much. So I halved it; and this one serves six.


Ingredients:
1 head Iceberg lettuce, chopped
1 Celery stalk, chopped small
1/2 white Onion, chopped small
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 tblsp Apple Cider vinegar
1/2 cup Sour cream
2 tsp Sugar or Splenda
Parmesan cheese
2-3 slices Bacon, cooked & crumbled
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
In large bowl, put lettuce, celery, onion.
Mix together mayonnaise and vinegar, then drop by spoonfuls over the lettuce mixture. Spread to cover it all.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and black pepper.
Make ahead, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate.
When ready to serve, add crumbled bacon and toss well.
