Salmon Filet with Herbed Mayo

This was made for me a few years ago by my special friend, Chef Gerry. I loved it then, and have since tried to make it myself (although it wasn't quite as good of course)!
Today I got the actual recipe from him - yay!
So happy that I now live in Vancouver, BC., as there is fresh local salmon in abundance!

Ingredients for 1 filet of salmon:
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tsp. lemon juice
dash each of both Tabasco and Worcestershire sauces
1/4 tsp. fresh chopped dill (or more to taste, I like lots!)

Directions:
Season filet with salt & pepper. Mix the above ingredients together in a small bowl.
Place the salmon skin side down on a piece of aluminum foil, then put on a cookie sheet.
Cover the entire top/sides of the salmon with your sauce.
Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for approx. 15 to 20 mins.

You can also cook this on the barbeque. Once the salmon filet is on the aluminum foil and covered with the sauce, place it directly on the grill (medium heat).
