Ingredients:
- 1 pkg. (100 g) ramen noodles (flavouring packet discarded)
- 1/4 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
- 1/4 cup Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
- 2 tsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
Instructions:
HEAT oven to 400º F.
CRUSH noodles in resealable plastic bag.
MIX Miracle Whip, peanut butter and Sriracha; spread onto both sides of chicken. Coat evenly with crushed noodles.
PLACE on foil-lined baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 30 min. or until done (170º F). Special Extra: Garnish with thinly sliced green onions before serving.
